Overview
The Arma V4 is specifically designed for downhill racing, raising the bar on MTB damper performance technology. Building off EXT's prestigious motorsports pedigree, the V4 refines foundational aspects while addressing rider feedback. Features position sensitive rebound hydraulic top out system, frequency dependent damping, externally adjustable HBC starting at 20% of stroke, and DLC coated damper shaft.
Features
PSR (Position Sensitive Rebound) new unique hydraulic top-out system eliminates harsh top out and improves sensitivity.
High and low speed compression adjustable with common multi-tool using 5mm and 4mm Allen keys.
Frequency dependent damping for optimal performance across varying terrain conditions.
Adjustable HBC developed for motorsport starts in last 20% of stroke for maximum compliance and control.
Lower spring rate choice enabled by HBC for maximum traction and control.
High turbulent flow valves keep damping forces independent from viscosity and temperature changes.
Perfect pressure balance eliminates aeration and cavitation with very low hysteresis.
Improved durability with proprietary DLC coating on chrome-moly steel shaft.
Innovative proprietary DHC tube coating process assures maximum wear resistance.
EV2S oil - high viscosity index fluid with phenomenal viscosity ratio.
Spring thrust bearings ensure alignment, prevent spring rub and minimize spring noise.
Reservoir with large volume bladder design inflated to only 55 PSI.
More silent operation compared to previous generation.
Not recommended for Yoke linkage systems - E-Storia or Vecta recommended instead.
Motorsport-derived technology for world-class downhill performance.
